Role Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical and user support for all Third Eye Health technologies. You will assist users of varying technical skill levels, including iOS and web-based applications, ensuring every interaction is efficient, meaningful, and delightful. This role reports directly to the Customer Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver inbound customer and technical support via phone and messaging platforms.
  • Provide training to new users on Third Eye Health technology.
  • Troubleshoot common to moderately complex technical issues.
  • Assist with password resets, MDM settings updates, and username recovery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Third Eye Health tools and applications.
  • Support other customer support initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in phone or technical support.
  • Undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong iOS knowledge.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience providing technology-based training.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform job functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other regulations.
  • Occasional standing, walking, sitting, reaching, or lifting up to 15 lbs.
  • Visual abilities include close, distance, peripheral vision, color perception, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Prolonged computer, tablet, or mobile device use.

Work Environment:

  • Fully remote, home office setup.
  • HIPAA-compliant dedicated workspace with privacy for telehealth and documentation.
  • Access to personal computer, Wi-Fi, and authenticator apps required.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of technical or customer support experience.
