About the Role:

Ailytics is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team and help build user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces for our AI-driven safety platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex customer needs into responsive web solutions while ensuring high standards in UI/UX design. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about frontend development and designing intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, accessible, and scalable web interfaces using React.js, Typescript, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Collaborate with the CTO, Backend Developers, and other teams to align frontend solutions with overall product strategy.
• Review and enhance UI/UX design systems and recommend improvements.
• Manage frontend project lifecycles from concept to delivery.
• Maintain code quality and versioning best practices using Git.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong skills in React.js, Typescript, CSS, Tailwind, and UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with Figma and portfolio showcasing frontend/design projects.
• Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead projects from ideation to execution.
• Experience in a startup environment is advantageous.
