Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to work closely with the founding team in shaping BE LUX’s growth strategy. This is a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity for a professional who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments. You will:

• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to expand BE LUX’s presence in the San Francisco luxury hospitality market and beyond.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hospitality leaders.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that merge traditional and blockchain-driven strategies.
• Contribute to the digital growth strategy of a hybrid Web3 and real-world service platform.

Compensation & Benefits
This high-upside role offers a total package valued at over $1,000,000 USD, including:

• Base Salary: $35K–$40K per year
• Performance Bonuses: Linked to revenue and marketing KPIs
• Sales Commissions: Earned from new client and partner deals
• Equity Ownership: Long-term upside via company shares
• Digital Assets & Crypto: $1,000,000 in BE LUX tokens plus ongoing blockchain-based rewards
