The Role

Join Angi’s Sales Strategy and Operations team as a Temporary Contract Analyst focused on commissions. In this role, you will manage and support payout calculations for commissioned sales roles, resolve commission disputes, and assist with the rollout of new compensation tools. This position offers remote work flexibility while contributing to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and manage commission payouts for assigned roles accurately and timely.
• Support commission calculations for additional sales roles as needed.
• Identify and resolve common commission dispute issues independently with professionalism.
• Assist in the transition to a new compensation system, including testing, documentation, and implementation support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth commission processes.

Education & Experience

• Education: Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in commissions management, sales operations, or sales strategy.
• Strong Excel skills required (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and logical formulas).
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
• Demonstrated analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
