Become a valued member of Humana’s Insurance Marketing Analytics team, where data-driven insights fuel growth and innovation. As an Associate in Acquisition Analytics, you will analyze and report on marketing campaigns to help optimize acquisition strategies and improve campaign performance.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze acquisition campaign data to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Support ongoing reporting and performance tracking across multiple marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and analytics teams to improve targeting and segmentation strategies.
• Document workflows and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Assist in governance and compliance activities related to acquisition data

What You’ll Need

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years working with structured data and reporting tools.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Familiarity with acquisition marketing or campaign analytics is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) preferred.
• Exposure to Databricks or similar data platforms is beneficial.
• Understanding of predictive modeling techniques such as logistic regression, linear regression, and decision trees.
• Experience in setting up and measuring marketing tests (A/B testing).
