Role Overview

As a Freelance Automotive Engineer Consultant – AI Trainer, you will help enhance AI models by providing expert content, refining training materials, and ensuring accuracy in automotive engineering topics. Your expertise will guide AI development to better understand complex questions and reasoning within your domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Refinement: Develop and fine-tune accurate, relevant content and examples for AI training across diverse automotive engineering topics.
• Expert Assessment: Review and qualify experts applying to join projects by evaluating their skills and competency.
• Community Support: Moderate expert discussions in Discord, providing guidance on project protocols and answering queries.
• Quality Auditing: Evaluate completed tasks by other experts, ensuring they meet guidelines, and provide constructive feedback to improve quality.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automotive engineering, including teaching, training, or consulting roles.
• Skills:
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Familiarity with Generative AI, prompt engineering, or reviewing AI-generated content.
• Strong adaptability, capable of switching between tasks and handling complex guidelines.
• Tools: Laptop with reliable internet connection (fully remote role).
