About the Role
Join Humana’s Lifecycle Analytics team as an Associate, Lifecycle Marketing Analytics, where you’ll support data initiatives that inform care strategies, optimize member engagement, and improve health outcomes across the customer lifecycle.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with marketing, analytics, and clinical teams to ensure data-driven insights shape the way we connect with our members. Your analytical expertise will help identify trends, measure performance, and drive smarter decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and Manage Data: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to care, coverage, and member communications.
- Reporting & Insights: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, data science, and clinical teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Data Documentation: Define and maintain consistent data definitions, contributing to data governance best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights to optimize communication strategies and improve lifecycle marketing outcomes.
Education & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred for candidates with advanced analytical or modeling experience.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or business intelligence, ideally in the healthcare or insurance sector.
- Proven ability to work with structured datasets and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical results to non-technical teams.
- Experience in lifecycle marketing or member engagement strategies is a plus.

- Comfortable working in cross-functional and remote team environments.
Work Environment
- Remote position (U.S. only).
- Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required for training or meetings.
- Candidates must maintain a dedicated, private workspace that meets HIPAA/PHI security standards.
- Reliable internet connection required: minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
California, Illinois, Montana, and South Dakota residents will receive bi-weekly compensation for home internet costs.
