From this study, I gained immerse knowledge on cultural sensitivity. Effective communication, negotiation and diplomacy which are essential for resolving customer issues. Ability to adapt to complex situations making me versatile in handling various customer inquiries. Understanding of global trends which enables me to handle international customers' needs. Overall, the course was 100% online as such I gained the ability to prioritize studies and work, time management and working and studying with less supervision.
