About the Role

Fragomen, a top-ranked global immigration law firm, is seeking a skilled Client Enablement Specialist II to join their team. You will be a key player in ensuring smooth client onboarding, effective client enablement, and supporting corporate functions related to client services. This role is perfect for someone organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and participate in client onboarding and implementation calls.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client and legal teams on process questions.
  • Schedule and manage recurring client meetings.
  • Document detailed onboarding requirements and maintain onboarding manuals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like IT, Finance, and Client Services to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Assist with client off-boarding procedures.
  • Generate reports for both internal use and client consumption.
  • Support process improvements and system enhancements as needed.
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders to set expectations and solve problems efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Enablement, Client Engagement, or related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with process documentation and mapping (Microsoft Visio is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
