Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of breakthrough home-capture products designed to empower photographers, agents, landlords, and homeowners to capture and share property details quickly and effortlessly. By leveraging advanced smartphone tech and on-device AI/3D models, you’ll create scalable, user-friendly solutions that transform real estate marketing at scale.

Your work will impact millions of home shoppers and thousands of B2B partners, enabling new digital tools that grow Zillow’s market presence and improve user experience.

What You’ll Do

• Define and deliver innovative home capture product roadmaps that address market needs and technical challenges.
• Develop strategies balancing adoption, cost-efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, scientists, and photographers to create and launch new features.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to develop go-to-market plans and monitor adoption metrics.
• Use data to drive product decisions, set KPIs, and continuously improve offerings.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams to iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or mobile technology.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and launch successful digital products.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with experience balancing diverse user needs.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with mobile app development, AI/ML, computer vision, or operational technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in agile, iterative development environments.
