Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior EDC Developer to join our dynamic team remotely from Canada. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of advanced clinical systems that support clinical trial design and execution. Your work will ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency, while driving innovation across our clinical technology platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead design and development of clinical data capture (EDC) systems aligned with study protocols and operational needs.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify system enhancements and innovate clinical trial processes.
  • Oversee configuration, integration, and testing of clinical systems to maximize functionality and user experience.
  • Provide strategic advice on adopting new technologies and best practices in clinical system design.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advances to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in clinical system design and development, especially within clinical research or healthcare IT.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations.
  • Strong expertise in clinical data management systems, with hands-on knowledge of Veeva Vault strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, clinical software tools, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence complex projects.
