Role Overview:

As a Program Manager at eBay, you will lead critical projects that drive strategic priorities and shape the future of ecommerce. You’ll manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate progress to executives. Your role will focus on agile execution, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and driving measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements to translate into detailed project plans.
• Develop comprehensive timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead agile project management, adapting to changing priorities and evolving methodologies.
• Collaborate across teams and provide leadership to ensure project success.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders including executives, business owners, and technical teams.
• Manage change plans, including rollout and training initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify trends and optimize processes.
• Monitor KPIs and project effectiveness post-launch.
• Provide ongoing support and problem-solving after project implementation.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years in program/project management or related roles within technology, product management, or business strategy.
• Proven ability working with executive leadership to support strategic planning and goal execution.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and scaled agile frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Atlassian suite, and other project management and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in ecommerce or related industries such as fulfillment, compliance, or payments.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
