Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Key Account Specialist, you will be the bridge between UniUni and our most important clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing a deep understanding of key clients’ needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Preparing accurate quotations for targeted accounts based on pricing policies and market trends.
- Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for key accounts.
- Conducting regular performance review meetings with key clients.
- Monitoring parcel status through tracking systems and providing timely updates to clients.
- Generating weekly and monthly KPI reports on delivery and dispatch rates for key accounts.
- Analyzing data to identify root causes of issues and recommending corrective actions.
- Preparing and sending accounts receivable invoices and statements, and following up on overdue payments.
- Reviewing and resolving claims from key account customers.
- Supporting additional team tasks and acting as backup when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service, key account management, or related roles—experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics industries is a strong plus.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to collaborate well within a team.
- Good report writing and presentation skills are preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; good command of Mandarin is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of Canadian geography.
