About the Role

As a Freelance AI Trainer in Electrical Engineering, you’ll collaborate with AI development teams to help improve how AI models understand and respond to complex technical questions. You’ll use your specialized knowledge to create training content, evaluate responses, and refine AI behavior all from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

• Create challenging prompts to test and improve AI models
• Develop detailed scoring criteria to assess model performance
• Review and correct AI-generated answers based on engineering best practices
• Contribute your domain expertise to help shape advanced AI behavior
• Work remotely and manage your own schedule

Education & Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (Master’s or PhD preferred) in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in at least one of the following areas:
• Power Engineering
• Control Systems Engineering
• Electronics & Communication Systems
• Signal Processing & Instrumentation
• Embedded Systems, VLSI & Microelectronics
• Renewable Energy & Smart Grids
• Power Electronics & Electric Machines
• Robotics & Automation
• Electromagnetics, High Voltage, and Safety Engineering
• Electric Vehicle (EV) Systems

Other Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with complex instructions and adapt quickly
• Reliable laptop, internet connection, and availability to work remotely
