Your Role

As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will be a key player in shaping our technology stack and development processes. You'll design critical components, optimize performance, and guide junior developers, all while working closely with a passionate team driven by curiosity, community, and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clean, optimized, and maintainable code, ensuring high performance across applications
• Implement and suggest code improvements and performance optimizations
• Lead complex feature development and CI/CD pipeline improvements
• Manage and supervise product releases to guarantee smooth deployments
• Review pull requests and enforce high code quality standards
• Debug front-end and server-side issues with advanced tools and techniques
• Participate actively in technical discussions and help shape implementation strategies
• Mentor and support junior developers to foster growth and skill development
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve blockers
• Proactively monitor and report bugs using log systems

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 4+ years of professional software development
• Strong expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Deep understanding of Server vs Client Components, SSR caching strategies (static, dynamic, ISR, edge), and performance optimization
• Proficiency with Redux Toolkit, Jest, Storybook, service workers, and Zod validation
• Experience with authentication/authorization flows and secure session handling in SSR apps
• Solid debugging and performance tuning skills, including network, rendering, bundle size, and memory optimization
• Familiarity with build systems such as Webpack, Turbopack, and Turborepo
• Ability to lead end-to-end feature development from design to deployment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile teams
• Passion for continuous learning and applying emerging web technologies
