Role Overview

Join Mindrift as a Freelance AI Trainer specializing in Mechanical Engineering and help push the boundaries of AI intelligence. You’ll collaborate on projects to improve how AI models understand and answer complex mechanical engineering problems by:

• Crafting challenging prompts that test AI reasoning
• Developing scoring systems to evaluate AI responses
• Correcting and refining AI-generated answers using your expertise

Who You Are

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years working in fields like Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, Solid Mechanics, Dynamics & Vibration, Materials Science, Mechanical Design, Machine Elements, Manufacturing Processes, CAD/CAE, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Kinematics, Dynamics of Machinery, Mechanical Systems Design, or Thermal Systems.
• Skills: Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above), quick adaptability to new methods, and strong analytical thinking to handle complex tasks.
• Work Setup: Fully remote freelance role requiring only a laptop, internet, and motivation to contribute.
