What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement individualized behavior and skill-acquisition programs.
  • Oversee RBTs and caregivers to ensure effective treatment delivery.
  • Conduct preference and functional behavioral assessments.
  • Supervise BCBA candidates seeking certification.
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with clinical teams.
  • Support families and caregivers through education and guidance.

Education & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required).
  • Active BCBA Certification (required).
  • 2+ years of experience as a BCBA or in a clinical ABA setting preferred.
  • Must be willing to obtain required state licensure (cost covered by employer).
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Clean background check and drug screening required
