The Role: Product Manager Power Electronics

Join Teledyne LeCroy, a top manufacturer of oscilloscopes and test instruments, as a Product Manager focusing on Power Electronics applications. You will lead the product strategy and roadmap for power-focused oscilloscope solutions, driving innovation and meeting customer needs in a technical, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full product lifecycle for power electronics oscilloscope solutions—from ideation to launch and ongoing management.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitor products to define clear product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop hardware and software features that address real-world power electronics challenges.
• Create compelling product messaging, sales tools, pricing strategies, and launch materials.
• Support global sales teams with technical training, demos, and strategic selling resources.
• Represent Teledyne at industry events, technical committees, and standards bodies.
• Travel (~20%) domestically and internationally for customer visits, trade shows, and technical conferences.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Experience:
• 3-5+ years in product management or technical roles focused on power electronics or related industries.
• Strong expertise in power conversion systems, including converters, inverters, and AC/DC motor drives.
• Experience working with oscilloscopes or other test and measurement tools used in power electronics validation.
• Previous customer-facing experience such as applications engineering, technical sales, or product support is a plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of industry standards and competitive landscape.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage product launches.
