About the Role
Join the iconic LEGO Group as an Allocation Analyst, where your analytical skills will help move products efficiently across the supply chain from distribution centers all the way to customer delivery. This role is a vital part of the Demand Management Team, ensuring inventory is allocated properly, orders are prioritized correctly, and customers are happy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage inventory allocation across all sales channels
- Analyze data to make smart decisions and support strategy
- Communicate product availability and supply risks
- Generate and maintain clear, data-driven reports
- Solve problems in SAP Planbook and improve accuracy
- Partner cross-functionally with teams across operations, logistics, and planning
- Recommend and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
- Support promotional order fulfillment and proactively identify supply chain risks

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations, or related field (Required)
- Master’s degree in related field is a plus
Experience (Added for TeezJobs)
- 3+ years of experience in:
- Inventory or allocation management
- Supply chain operations
- Data analytics or order fulfillment processes
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a bonus
