What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of new pricing models and strategies that benefit both CVS Caremark and its clients.
- Collaborate with underwriting and business partners to align pricing initiatives with overall company goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to influence strategic decisions.
- Ensure all pricing activities comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Who You Are
- Experienced in actuarial or analytics roles within the healthcare sector (2+ years preferred).
- Skilled in business intelligence, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Growth-oriented mindset focused on continuous learning and agility.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASA, ACAS, or similar) are a plus but not required.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in actuarial analysis or healthcare analytics.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software is highly valued.
