About the Role

Are you passionate about crafting clean, intuitive, and delightful user experiences? We’re on the lookout for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to join our fast-growing team and take ownership of design across our marketplace and subscription platforms.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams. From idea to execution, you’ll drive design decisions that impact hundreds of thousands of users. What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of the full design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Turn complex workflows into simple, elegant, user-friendly experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and founders to shape product direction.
• Build wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate your ideas.
• Maintain and improve our design system for scalability and consistency.
• Advocate for great user experience while aligning with business goals.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback, analytics, and KPIs.
• Deliver polished, dev-ready designs and assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and UI execution.
• Proficiency with tools like Figma or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of usability, interaction design, and responsive layouts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-style environments.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Must be based in North or South America.

Education (Suggested Minimum Requirements)

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Continued learning or certifications in UI/UX, interaction design, or product design are a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years in product design, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or product-led companies.
• Experience designing across web and mobile platforms.
• Track record of shipping impactful features or products end-to-end.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with 2-sided marketplaces.
• Designing landing pages, marketing websites, or brand visuals.
• Skills in motion design, microinteractions, or rapid prototyping.
• Graphic design experience for social media, marketing assets, or brand elements.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to work better with engineers.
