What You’ll Do:

As the Director of International Sales, you’ll lead OUAI’s global sales growth, driving revenue across markets like the UK, APAC, and EMEA. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you’ll craft and execute sales strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market expansion. You’ll build strong partnerships with distributors and retailers worldwide and manage a growing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead international sales strategies tailored to diverse global markets.
  • Identify new market opportunities through competitive and category analysis.
  • Own revenue and profitability targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners globally.
  • Forecast product assortments and optimize brand positioning in each market.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the international sales team to deliver results and foster growth.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years in international sales leadership, ideally within beauty, personal care, or premium consumer goods.
  • Proven track record managing key markets in APAC and/or EMEA.
  • Success in hitting and exceeding international sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of global retail environments and sales channels (retail, e-commerce, distributors).
  • Strong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset and excellent communication skills.
