Staff Software Development Engineer Full Stack

As a Staff Software Development Engineer (Full Stack), you’ll be part of a passionate team delivering innovative software solutions that make a real difference.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate within an Agile product team of engineers, UX designers, and product managers to build high-quality, user-centric software products.
• Lead the design and development of scalable, efficient, and user-friendly frontend and backend systems.
• Utilize Java, Spring Boot/MVC, and Angular (or React) to create robust full-stack applications.
• Implement test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices.
• Mentor and guide team members, promoting knowledge sharing and technical excellence.
• Educate business and technical stakeholders on the software development process and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise-scale software development, particularly with Java and J2EE frameworks.
• Strong backend development expertise with Spring Boot and/or Spring MVC.
• 5+ years experience in frontend development using Angular 8+ or a combination of Angular and React.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and TDD.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring engineers.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or OpenStack.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS) or other container orchestration tools.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
