About the Role

PNC is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Support Analyst to join their Midland Insurance team. This role focuses on ensuring commercial real estate loans comply with insurance requirements by reviewing policies, interacting with borrowers and insurance agents, and resolving any insurance-related issues. You’ll also handle insurance premium payments and assist with claims and lender-placed insurance coverage when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Review commercial insurance policies on real estate loans to ensure compliance.
• Communicate with borrowers and insurance agents to obtain proof of insurance and address noncompliance.
• Pay insurance premiums and monitor lender-placed insurance coverage.
• Analyze claims and support insurance compliance efforts.
• Review loan documents, due diligence materials, and regulatory compliance related to syndicated and commercial loan transactions.
• Assist with monitoring construction progress and validating draw requirements when applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and customers to facilitate smooth loan transactions.
• Participate in risk mitigation and quality control activities.

Education & Experience

• Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (related fields such as finance, business, or insurance are a plus)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in loan support, insurance compliance, or a related financial services role. Candidates with 4+ years of commercial lending or insurance experience are highly desirable.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and military service may be considered.
