The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Director of Program Management to lead critical, complex initiatives that drive business success across multiple teams. You’ll oversee program planning, coordination, and execution while ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and engaged.

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker and excellent communicator who can foster accountability and empower teams to excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
• Build detailed roadmaps, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Establish strong program governance with clear communication and accountability at all levels.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, balancing business goals with technical constraints.
• Report program status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Mentor program and project managers to enhance team capabilities and program management maturity.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields preferred).
• 12+ years of professional program or project management experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong background in software, technology, or product-driven organizations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
