  • Correct and improve AI model responses using your domain expertise.
  • Collaborate on cutting-edge AI security, red teaming, and evaluation projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Proficient scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with containerization and CI/CD security tools like Docker.
  • Hands-on penetration testing skills in web, API, network, and infrastructure security.
  • Knowledge of AI model vulnerabilities, including prompt injections and OWASP Top 10 for Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with AI red-teaming frameworks (e.g., garak, PyRIT).
  • Experience in AI/ML security, particularly with LLMs, AI agents, and RAG pipelines.
  • Strong offensive security skills, including exploit development and reverse engineering (tools like Ghidra).
  • Expertise in network, application, and OS security concepts, including Linux privilege escalation and Windows internals.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices for full-stack development.
  • Ability to quickly adapt, learn new techniques, and handle complex guidelines.

Why This Role Is a Great Fit

  • Work fully remote on a flexible, part-time freelance basis that fits around your main commitments.
  • Get paid for your expertise at rates up to $15/hour, based on your skills and experience.
  • Gain valuable experience contributing to advanced AI projects that impact the future of AI safety and performance.
  • Collaborate with a global community of AI experts while shaping how AI models understand and respond in your field.
