About the Role

Join a forward-thinking tech company as a Solutions Engineer, where your expertise will help deliver cutting-edge solutions to enterprise clients. You’ll play a key role in pre-sales, implementation, and post-live phases, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value for clients. This is a hands-on technical + client-facing role with impact, ownership, and room for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical expert guiding clients through solution architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Manage project scopes, timelines, and documentation
  • Lead and participate in client discovery sessions, RFP responses, and business process mapping
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery
  • Provide technical support and problem resolution during and after implementation
  • Optimize client onboarding, training, and adoption of SaaS products
  • Participate in retention efforts via solution enhancement, reconfigurations, and strategic reviews

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus but not required

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical project management, or enterprise software implementation
  • Proven background working with B2B SaaS or cloud-based platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, and MS Project
  • Track record of managing client integrations and improving satisfaction
  • Strong client-facing and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with data analysis, workflows, and solving technical challenges
  • Ability to travel up to 50% for client-facing responsibilities (events, onboarding, workshops)
