Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our Beverage vertical, acting as a key client partner from campaign launch through completion. You will optimize campaign performance, drive incremental revenue, and build deep relationships with brand partners. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven insights, and a proactive approach to uncover growth opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary contact for clients, managing campaigns end-to-end to meet or exceed KPIs and revenue goals
- Own campaign optimization to maximize ROI and secure incremental spend
- Collaborate closely with Client Partners and Sales teams to identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Deliver compelling performance reports and strategic insights to clients
- Develop strong, multi-level relationships with brand partners to influence decisions and grow business
- Lead client onboarding and training to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Communicate proactively to maintain trust and advance sales conversations
- Troubleshoot campaign issues swiftly with a client-first mindset
- Identify whitespace for expansion and collaborate internally to close new business
- Travel up to 40% for client meetings and industry events
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience:
- 3+ years managing digital marketing campaigns or client accounts, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry
- Proven track record in campaign optimization and driving revenue growth
- Experience working with data and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, G Suite, Looker, or similar)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable delivering presentations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
