Entry-Level Remote Sales Development Representative

About the Role

NoGigiddy is looking for a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in sales by generating and qualifying leads, setting meetings for our sales team, and supporting overall sales efforts. No college degree is required—just a passion for sales and excellent communication skills!

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and requests, providing timely and effective responses.
• Assist with account coordination including new account setup, renewals, and client data updates.
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Prepare and deliver reports on account performance and client feedback.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to meet client needs.
• Help onboard new clients by providing resources and support.
• Collect client feedback to improve services and customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
• Problem-solving mindset to address and resolve issues efficiently.
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is beneficial.
• Experience with gig economy platforms or staffing apps is a bonus.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant certifications or coursework in sales, marketing, or customer service are advantageous but not required.

Working Conditions

• Fully remote role with flexible work location.
• Regular virtual meetings and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Use of communication and collaboration tools such as email, video conferencing, and CRM software.
