About the Role

Join a dynamic team that supports members of the Vitality Program, helping them stay engaged and successful through top-notch customer support. As an Administrative Specialist, you'll be the first line of communication—interacting with members via email and live chat, resolving inquiries, and entering data accurately. If you're detail-oriented, people-focused, and love improving processes, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries via email and live chat in a professional, helpful, and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot program and platform issues, escalating when necessary
  • Input data and member-submitted documentation into internal systems accurately
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external users
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Educate users on program details and website navigation
  • Track and report recurring issues and customer feedback
  • Create tickets for tech or system-related issues
  • Assist with capturing and organizing submitted events or documentation
  • Perform additional admin duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (Associate's Degree preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fast and accurate typing and data entry abilities
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Background in healthcare, wellness programs, or insurance support
  • Familiarity with customer support ticketing systems
