About the Role

We’re looking for a No-Code and AI Automations Specialist who is passionate about automating workflows, integrating AI tools, and building scalable solutions without traditional coding. You’ll play a crucial role in designing, building, and optimizing no-code systems that enhance team productivity and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain no-code automation solutions using tools like Zapier, Airtable, Dify, Make, and others.
• Identify manual processes and transform them into automated workflows that save time and boost efficiency.
• Integrate AI technologies into no-code systems to unlock smarter decision-making and dynamic functionality.
• Collaborate with teams across product, marketing, and operations to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Train internal teams on how to use automations effectively.
• Monitor and optimize workflows for performance, reliability, and UX.
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in no-code, low-code, and AI tools.

Education & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 2–4 years of experience in:
• No-code platforms (Zapier, Airtable, Dify, Make, Notion, etc.)
• Workflow automation and process mapping
• AI tool integration and prompt engineering basics
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical teams

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with AI agents, ChatGPT plugins, or LangChain-style architectures
• Worked in Agile or Scrum teams
• Project management or operational improvement background
