About the Role

Are you an expert in email deliverability and passionate about making sure marketing emails land in the inbox—not the spam folder? Join a dynamic team as an Email Deliverability Specialist, where you’ll leverage your technical know-how and strategic insight to improve email campaign performance and sender reputation. You’ll work closely with clients to troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and maximize email marketing success.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor key email deliverability metrics: bounce rates, open rates, spam complaints.
• Implement and manage email authentication protocols like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Identify and resolve deliverability challenges related to content, sending frequency, or list health.
• Collaborate with clients to optimize email templates and improve engagement.
• Maintain a positive sender reputation to build strong relationships with ISPs.
• Stay current on email marketing regulations, ISP policies, and industry trends.
• Work with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and delivery vendors to enhance email delivery.
• Provide actionable recommendations to boost email campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience working in email marketing, deliverability, or related technical roles.
• Strong understanding of email authentication standards: SPF, DKIM, DMARC.
• Proficiency with email deliverability tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to solve deliverability problems.
• Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
