The Role

We’re looking for a Junior iOS Engineer with a customer-first mindset to join our expanding engineering team based in Athens. You’ll help enhance Plum’s iOS app currently rated 4.6 stars with 53,000+ reviews by building features that empower users to be financially smarter.

What You’ll Do

• Build and improve Plum’s iOS app using Swift.
• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to bring ideas to life.
• Write clean, well-tested code in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in code reviews and grow your technical skills.
• Learn and apply best practices in iOS development and testing.
• Contribute to an exceptional user experience that delights millions.

What We’re Looking For

No extensive experience needed just passion, potential, and eagerness to learn. You might be a recent graduate, intern, or someone who’s completed personal projects.

Ideal candidates:

• Are excited about building products that improve people’s lives.
• Are learning or have basic knowledge of Swift and modern iOS tools.
• Care about smooth, user-friendly experiences.
• Enjoy collaborating with designers and product teams.
• Are proactive, team-oriented, and open to feedback.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tools.
• Participation in open-source projects or a GitHub portfolio.
• Basic understanding of backend systems and APIs.

Education & Experience (Suggested)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Some hands-on experience with iOS development through internships, projects, or entry-level roles.
