About the Role
Join NoGigiddy as a Sales Development Representative and be the driving force behind our sales pipeline. As an SDR, you will engage with prospective customers, uncover their needs, and introduce them to solutions that make a real difference. Your work will directly contribute to our growth by setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential customers through LinkedIn, email, and professional networks.
- Engage Prospects: Reach out via cold calls, emails, and social media to build rapport and spark interest.
- Conduct Discovery Calls: Have brief conversations to understand prospects’ challenges and qualify fit.
- Schedule Meetings: Coordinate and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives with detailed background info.
- Maintain CRM: Keep all lead data, call notes, and follow-up tasks updated in the CRM system.
- Track Performance: Monitor key metrics like response rates and meetings booked, and collaborate to optimize outreach.

Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or target-driven roles (e.g., retail, hospitality).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is beneficial.
- Demonstrated success in meeting targets or quotas is a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
