Job Overview

We are looking for a talented SEO Manager to join our remote team. This role might also be called SEO Lead, SEO Strategy Manager, Search Marketing Manager, or Senior SEO Manager, depending on your background.

You will need a strong combination of technical SEO expertise, content strategy leadership, data analysis skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

What You’ll Do

• Lead SEO strategy for assigned clients, aligning with business goals and KPIs
• Conduct detailed SEO audits and delegate implementation tasks to specialists
• Manage keyword research, on-page SEO, and backlink strategy
• Collaborate with content teams to guide SEO-driven content development
• Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools
• Report actionable insights monthly to clients and internal teams
• Monitor Google algorithm changes and adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field
• Excellent English communication skills
• Deep knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
• Google Analytics certification
• Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or related field (required)

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in SEO management within a digital marketing agency or similar environment
• Proven expertise in technical SEO, strategy development, and SEO tool usage
