About the Client

Our client is a top-tier B2B marketing agency that helps SaaS startups scale from Seed to Series C. With a deep focus on Revenue Operations (RevOps), they work hand-in-hand with clients to optimize marketing, sales, and customer success. Their team includes experienced startup operators, data-driven strategists, and builders passionate about scalable, measurable growth.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior RevOps Leader with advanced HubSpot expertise to own the RevOps strategy across multiple clients and lead a growing team.

This is a high-impact leadership role combining:

  • RevOps system architecture
  • Client strategy execution
  • Team mentorship and productization innovation

Key Responsibilities

RevOps Strategy (60%)

  • Design and implement full-funnel RevOps systems for marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Build and optimize GTM tech stacks (HubSpot is the core; Salesforce optional)
  • Own lead routing, lifecycle stages, attribution, forecasting, and data governance
  • Act as the in-house RevOps expert and trusted advisor for client strategy

Innovation & Productization (20%)

  • Create new RevOps service offerings and internal tools
  • Contribute to building dashboards, audit frameworks, and accelerators
  • Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, no-code, automation) to improve delivery

Team Leadership (20%)

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 RevOps/HubSpot specialists
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, KPIs, and growth plans
  • Ensure quality and consistency through documentation and training

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM consulting, or GTM systems leadership
  • Proven experience designing full RevOps systems in B2B SaaS or agency environments
  • Expert-level HubSpot knowledge (certifications required)
  • Skilled in forecasting models, dashboarding, and data interpretation
  • Experience managing integrations with tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Clearbit, etc.
  • Strong leadership & mentoring experience
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent client-facing communication and strategic thinking

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with RevOps for M&A or post-acquisition environments
  • Background in productizing services or building internal playbooks
  • Exposure to partner ecosystems or channel operations

Education & Professional Background

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field (required)
  • Master’s degree or additional certifications in CRM, HubSpot, or RevOps is a plus

Experience Summary:

  • Minimum 5 years in RevOps or SaaS operations
  • At least 2 years of team leadership or people management
  • Demonstrated success in implementing scalable HubSpot systems for growing companies
