About the Role

As a Principal Product Manager, you’ll lead the vision and execution of AI-powered rental marketplace products that redefine the renter journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build products that boost customer satisfaction, business growth, and the future of renting.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute strategic product roadmaps focusing on AI-driven rental consumer experiences.
• Rapidly prototype new ideas, gather user feedback, and iterate for product-market fit.
• Lead high-impact initiatives across engineering, design, data science, and business teams.
• Mentor junior product managers to elevate team performance and execution quality.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to guide product decisions and track success.
• Communicate clearly with executives and partners, aligning on strategy and progress.
• Define and monitor metrics that drive user growth, engagement, and revenue.

Who You Are

• 10+ years in product management, ideally with marketplace or consumer tech products.
• Proven success delivering large-scale, AI/ML-powered products that delight users.
• Expert in rapid prototyping, user testing, and data-driven product development.
• Strong storyteller and influencer who can align diverse stakeholders.
• Experienced leader and collaborator with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about pushing AI boundaries in consumer experiences.

Education & Experience (Suggested)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
• Background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven product development a strong plus.
