About the Role

As a Senior Territory Sales Representative at Payzer, you will play a key role in driving business growth within your assigned territory, focusing on HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical contractors. This is a strategic, quota-driven sales position where you will lead complex sales cycles, target larger accounts, and mentor junior sales team members. This role offers a path to leadership opportunities, helping you grow as a top performer and emerging leader in the company.

What You’ll Do

  • Territory Growth & Strategy:
    Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to grow your territory, focusing on larger, multi-location contractors and strategic accounts. Build strong, consultative relationships with business owners and operations leaders.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management:
    Manage the entire sales process from lead generation, discovery, and presentations to closing deals. Use Salesforce and other tools to maintain an accurate pipeline and maximize win rates.
  • Leadership & Mentorship:
    Coach and mentor less experienced sales representatives, sharing best practices and helping improve team performance. Collaborate with regional leadership and marketing to refine sales strategies.
  • Performance & Development:
    Consistently exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals with long-term impact. Take charge of your professional growth through leadership training and cross-team projects.

What You Bring

  • Experience:
    4 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or technology markets serving SMBs. Proven success selling complex solutions to multi-location or enterprise clients.
  • Skills:
    Strong consultative sales skills, ability to manage multistakeholder sales cycles, and excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement platforms is a must.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field. Equivalent experience is also considered.
  • Travel:
    Willingness to travel up to 30% within the territory.
