About the Role

As a Customer Operations Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Sustainability Infrastructure Installation team by managing project operations, tracking contracts, and assisting with financial processes. You’ll work closely with project managers, construction teams, and customers to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

Your focus will be on administrative support, billing coordination, subcontractor management, and maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project support within a fast-growing, sustainability-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support Construction Managers by preparing and maintaining project Statements of Work (SOWs), client invoices, change order logs, and subcontract billing schedules.
  • Manage accounts receivable to verify revenue aligns with project progress and company guidelines.
  • Expedite project costs by timely processing of subcontractor invoices, material orders, and timesheet entries.
  • Organize and maintain subcontractor documentation such as insurance certificates and bonding.
  • Assist with contract closeout processes and overdue payment collections.
  • Provide general administrative support, including maintaining project files and coordinating meetings.
  • Coordinate health and safety administrative processes and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Collaborate with sales teams and project owners on change order proposals and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. A college diploma with a technical focus is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related field such as construction, service, sales, or technical work environment. Experience with project accounting or costing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet business applications. Experience with cloud-based document control is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be eligible to obtain Secret Level Clearance for federal projects.
