About the Role

Join a fast-paced, mission-driven team shaping the future of corporate social responsibility (CSR) technology. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll lead product strategy and execution focused on innovative CSR solutions that create real social impact. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on product development, working closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-driven products.

What You’ll Do

• Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap for CSR initiatives, emphasizing AI and data-driven innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, PMO, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to define requirements and launch impactful solutions.
• Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate product improvements using data and customer insights.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and CSR market dynamics to position the product as a leader.
• Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and build strong relationships.
• Communicate product vision clearly across teams and leadership, driving alignment and execution.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, program management, product marketing, or business development—especially in B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven experience launching scalable software products and influencing cross-functional teams in complex organizations.
• Strong background in AI and data-driven product initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks like SAFe.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on CSR or social impact-focused products.
• Background in engaging with enterprise customers.
• Comfortable working remotely with a self-driven, collaborative approach.
