Role Overview

As an AI Trainer focusing on Kotlin development, you'll play a key role in enhancing AI models to understand complex coding questions and perform advanced reasoning. Your insights will directly shape the accuracy and intelligence of future AI systems.

Requirements

Education:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree accepted with 3+ years relevant experience.

Experience & Skills:

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above).
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin and the JVM ecosystem, including Java interoperability.
• Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectures like MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Proficient with coroutines, flows, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiar with Dependency Injection frameworks (Dagger, Hilt, or Koin).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.
• Adaptable, quick learner, able to manage complex and varied tasks.
