Job Overview

Link-Up Overseas is seeking a responsible and resourceful Entry Level Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team. This fully remote role offers the chance to support various administrative tasks, from organizing files and managing communications to assisting with presentations and sales materials. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and able to communicate effectively across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and organize correspondence professionally
  • Prepare and maintain databases, reports, and filing systems
  • Manage social media accounts, respond to messages, and engage with followers
  • Handle confidential employer and client information with discretion
  • Take detailed notes and transcribe meeting minutes accurately
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize conference rooms
  • Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and sales materials
  • Conduct research for presentations and other projects as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and team members

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or customer service roles
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Comfortable using cloud services, communication platforms, and social media management tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
