What You’ll Do
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will:
- Identify and engage outbound leads using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
- Book meetings and qualify prospects for our Account Executives.
- Clearly communicate Remote’s value propositions and understand client needs.
- Support Account Executives and collaborate closely with the sales team.
- Develop prospect lists, penetrate key accounts, and manage cold outreach campaigns.
- Research and understand key decision-makers to effectively start the sales cycle.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in business development and lead generation within a B2B SaaS tech environment.
- Skilled negotiator and persuasive communicator, both written and spoken.
- Fluent in German and English (both oral and written).
- Positive, energetic phone presence with excellent listening skills.
- Strategic thinker with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation.
- Comfortable using core sales tools like Salesforce; experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an outbound sales or sales development role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Experience handling high-volume outbound outreach and lead qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
