Position Summary

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be the frontline driver of our sales growth. Your mission is to engage franchisor prospects through multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, texts, LinkedIn) and deliver qualified leads that fuel our company’s expansion. This role demands a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns to a targeted franchisor list.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify client interest and assess business fit.
• Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline records using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets consistently.

Required Education & Experience

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, lead generation, or telemarketing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and skilled in objection handling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn prospecting tools.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and accountable.
