As our very first local Account Executive in Singapore, you’ll play a crucial role in scaling our business in the APAC market. You’ll work alongside a supportive team, have access to extensive resources, and have a clear path to leadership as the team grows.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire process—from prospecting and discovery to closing deals—focused on mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct value-driven product demos and discovery calls, both virtually and in-person.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior executives (CISOs, CIOs, Cybersecurity Managers) to understand and address their cybersecurity risks.
  • Sales Operations: Keep accurate records in HubSpot and maintain reliable sales forecasts.
  • Market Development: Build partnerships with local MSSPs and system integrators to accelerate deal flow.
  • Regional Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop and document sales processes for future hires.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 3+ years of success in B2B SaaS sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comfortable selling to security/technology executives, navigating procurement and legal teams.
  • Sales Skills: Skilled in qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC), multi-threading, and strategic planning.
  • Communication: Strong storytelling abilities with the capability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Mindset: Proactive, adaptable, and excited to build processes from the ground up in a new region.

Preferred Qualifications (Your Edge)

  • Background in cybersecurity, risk, or compliance software (TPRM/ASM experience).
  • Experience as a founding or early hire sales rep in a new market.
  • Bilingual in English plus a Southeast Asian language.
  • Familiarity with APAC regulatory frameworks (e.g., MAS TRM in Singapore).
  • Experience building partner ecosystems with MSSPs or system integrators.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
