About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager (APM) at Samsara, you’ll be part of a structured, rotational product training program designed to help you grow into a world-class product leader. You'll work on real-world challenges that impact safety, logistics, and operations across industries like agriculture, fleet management, and manufacturing.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll:

• Participate in 2 product rotations (~9 months each)
• Collaborate with engineers and designers
• Talk to real customers to shape the product roadmap
• Own the launch of new features
• Analyze feedback and data to improve product performance
• Learn from senior PMs and gain direct exposure to executives

At the end of the program, top performers may be placed into permanent Product Manager roles across Samsara’s rapidly growing product lines.

Ideal Education Background

We’re looking for candidates with strong technical training and problem-solving skills. Suitable degrees include:

• B.S. in Computer Science
• B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• B.S. in Information Systems
• B.S. in Data Science or Cognitive Science

Must graduate between Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
(Master’s students must be in a co-terminal program, not a full MBA)

Experience Requirements

This is an entry-level role, ideal for recent graduates. You’ll thrive if you’ve built or led something from scratch — such as:

• A product, startup, or mobile app
• A nonprofit or student organization
• A personal project or hackathon solution

Prior internships in product, engineering, or design are a big plus!
