About the Role

Join Fliff, the company redefining sports gaming with social, sweepstakes, and real-money play. As a Product Manager III, you'll be part of our Fantasy & New Markets team, building cutting-edge products in the real-money and free-to-play sports ecosystem. If you’re a strategic thinker, action-oriented, and passionate about sports, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle: from idea to launch to refinement.
• Convert data insights, market trends, and user feedback into strategic roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, legal, and other departments to ensure successful delivery.
• Define and track key success metrics to ensure measurable impact.
• Drive high-priority product initiatives in a multi-stream, multi-vertical environment.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).

Experience:

• 6–10 years of Product Management experience, ideally in sports, gaming, or entertainment tech.
• Proven record of owning and launching successful products.
• Experience with data-driven product development.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. sports ecosystem.
• Familiarity with real-money gaming or fantasy sports platforms is a major plus.
