About the Role

As the Sr. Director of GTM Technical Strategy & Training, you will lead Zscaler’s technical enablement efforts across the Americas sales teams. You will design and scale training programs to upskill Sales Engineers, Architects, and Technical Specialists, aligning technical expertise with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable technical enablement strategy to elevate skills and certifications across teams.
• Lead and grow the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to support specialization and sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to close enablement gaps and shape product roadmap input.
• Manage global technical training programs and regional adaptations with measurable KPIs.
• Represent the voice of technical teams internally and externally, building trust with customers and industry experts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• 7+ years leadership experience in Sales Engineering, Enablement, or Solutions Consulting within cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud industries.
• Deep technical expertise in Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Threat Management; certifications like CISSP or AWS Solutions Architect preferred.
• Proven track record designing and scaling global enablement and specialization programs.
• Excellent communication skills, able to influence technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
• Strong ability to align technical strategy with customer and business objectives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation.
• Skilled public speaker or industry evangelist.
