What You’ll Do

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of client accounts across EMEA, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Build strong customer relationships; deliver for existing clients and acquire new ones
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand presence and win contracts
  • Coordinate internally to ensure disciplined delivery and alignment across teams
  • Partner with suppliers, distributors, and reps as strategic partners
  • Travel occasionally (up to ~30%) across EMEA for meetings, partners, clients

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Technical understanding of display / electronics industry is a strong plus

Experience

  • 10+ years in sales in the electronics industry
  • At least 5 years directly in the display industry (LCD, OLED, etc.)
  • Proven track record selling into major OEMs in Europe (electronic products, displays, related hardware)
  • Strong account management and new business development experience
  • Experience working remotely and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
  • Excellent English (written and spoken); other regional languages advantageous

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong forecasting and strategic planning ability
  • Relationship building with customers & partners (OEMs, distributors)
  • Self‑starter with problem‑solving ability and strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable with travel (~30% within EMEA)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools
