What You’ll Be Doing:

• Architect and deploy AI systems that reason, plan, and execute online tasks autonomously
• Build and iterate on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Work with LLMs: fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback)
• Develop production-ready APIs and scalable infrastructure
• Lead and collaborate on product, research, and experimentation strategy

Education & Experience:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
• PhD is a plus, but not required
• Experience:
• 3–5+ years in machine learning, NLP, or AI engineering
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, etc.)
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and fine-tuning frameworks
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, startup-like environments

Skills You’ll Need:

• Expert in Python and ML/NLP libraries (PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, etc.)
• Strong grasp of LLM architecture, tokenization, embeddings, and model performance optimization
• Experience with cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar)
• Passion for ownership, execution, and experimentation
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the grit and ambition to co-build from scratch
